Introduction
School is a place where our first ideas and thoughts are born. Its where we learn to respect the rights of people from different cultures. We learn unity not conflict. We share the best, the worst, the triumphs and the tragedies. It teaches us to overlook the little things that cause friction. We share the same needs and want the same things. We cry when were in pain, we laugh when were happy and we all love a hug from our friends. School bring us both experience and education. The experience of working and playing in harmony before we go out into the real multicultural world. And the education of our lessons then become the lessons in life. They teach us how different we are and yet so similar, no matter from what culture we belongs. Schools teach us to learn, to like, to love and to listen. Our world is full of schools, but in our opinion, each school is a mini version of the real world.

The promise of quality education is still unrealized in many parts of rural India, which ultimately results disparities in quality of life, competitiveness, and economic development. We believe that education is the basic right of every children and when it blend with technology it becomes a powerful tool that can really help people, communities, and nations realize their potential, Hence looking to the need of quality education, We have taken an initiative under the flagship of NHSS Society, to establish a school in Hatpipliya, Dewas (M.P.). and We have named it as Open Sky Academy

The world is changing, Many of todays most popular jobs did not exist 20 years ago, and it will continue to change fast and unpredictably, so todays young mind need to be able to learn and re-train, think and work in teams and to be flexible, adaptable and creative. They also need to develop a sense of responsibility for themselves, for their health, for their environment, and for their society. They need to develop respect and understanding for those from different backgrounds, and the confidence and skills to make a positive contribution to their community.

We believe that good quality education is not only right for each individual child and family, it is also what we as an individual must do to secure the future success of our country and society. Every parent wants their child to go to a great school, and every young person deserves a great education But still the same is yet a dream for many in rural India, That is why improving school standards and providing the Quality education in those areas where it is needed the most will be one of the proudest achievement of our Society. We want every child to succeed, and we will never give up on any child. These convictions underpin our Childrens Plan vision to make this as one of the best place to grow up, Ensuring every child enjoys their childhood, does well at school and grow young with the knowledge, skills and qualifications that will give them the best chance of success in life. We have made tough decisions so that we can continue our investment in education, and with more staff, better pay and renewed school buildings and facilities, we expect more from our school system. This is a right for children and young people, and it is more and more important in the modern economy.
