Admission Procedure
Open Sky Academy follows a fair and transparent admission process. Admission are offered in Classes Nursery to IX only, subject to availability of seats. Admissions forms are readily available at the school reception. Parents are requested to purchase the registration form from the school office. A fully filled registration form along with the necessary documents can be submitted to school office during working days.
Necessary documents
1) Copy of Birth Certificate
2) Copy of address proof
3) Copy of mark sheet of last class passed.
4) Transfer certificate from last school (Original)
5) Aadhar card of Student and Parents
6) SSSMID details of Student and Parents
7) Bank account details for scholarship data updation.
8) Three photographs of child.
